New construction - Lenox Avenue, Harlem. Ten-story 79-unit residential building with ground floor commercial & community use spaces. CSS installed a dual riser ARCS system, with two antenna runs, providing perfectly clear communication throughout the building. The system passed rigorous radio tests by FDNY and the electrical inspection, on the first attempt.
